 1. All information provided by customers must be accurate and valid.
 2. Full payment must be made before any renewal process for road tax or insurance begins.
 3. Services will only be processed once all required documents are received and payment is confirmed.
 4. The renewal process may take 1–3 working days, depending on approval from authorities (JPJ, MyEG, insurance providers).
 5. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party systems.
 6. Customers are responsible for ensuring their vehicle and insurance details are correct before submitting an order.

1. No cancellations are allowed once payment has been made, as services are processed immediately.
 2. No refunds will be issued once insurance or road tax renewal has been completed.
 3. If an error occurs on our end, a full refund will be issued within 7 working days.
 4. If incorrect information is provided by the customer, any additional cost incurred will be the customer’s responsibility.

 1. Physical documents such as road tax stickers will be shipped using Pos Laju or registered runners.
 2. Estimated delivery time is 2–5 working days, depending on the customer’s location.
 3. Shipping charges range from RM8–RM10 depending on the area.
 4. A tracking number will be provided once the item has been shipped.
 5. We are not responsible for courier delays, but we will assist in tracking and follow-up.
